POSITION SUMMARY
The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for shipping and receiving materials and goods. The position operates under the supervision of the lead or manager. The Shipper/Receiver ensures ProMed's brand, philosophy, systems, policies, and procedures are properly implemented and observed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Receives and ships materials, as well as performing the necessary transactions in the ERP system; Examines documents and materials for completeness, accuracy and conformance to specifications; Arranges the delivery and distribution of parts and materials in a manner that will satisfy production schedules and requirements including expedited material; Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventory; Packages and prepares products for shipments to standards and specifications; Identifies and implements a comprehensive education plan to continually advance technical skills and personal development as well as enhancing organizational effectiveness. Participates in project planning. Perform batch record review, according to established procedures Establishes and cultivates a network of support (laboratory, quality, manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing) to facilitate completion of assignments. Develop acceptable work habits, skills, knowledge, and contributions consistent with the Shipper/Receiver II position level. Able to lift 40+ pounds, frequently, during the shift This job also requires performing other duties as assigned.

Required:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma Basic math skills Professional, courteous, and friendly disposition Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other similar computer software Working knowledge of English (verbal and written) Clearly conveys ideas and receives information effectively
