Now Hiring Receiving and Inventory Specialist $21hr. - $23/hr. Job Description The Receiving and Inventory Associate manages daily receiving operations and maintains accurate inventory levels within a well-organized warehouse environment. This role ensures product accuracy, proper storage, and efficient order fulfillment while supporting overall warehouse operations and contributing to a smooth and reliable supply chain. Responsibilities Inspect inbound shipments upon arrival and promptly report any damages or discrepancies. Accurately receive and record products in the ERP system to ensure precise inventory data. Organize, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations for easy identification and access. Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment actions to maintain optimal stock levels. Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify variances. Assist with periodic full physical inventory audits and update records based on audit results. Adjust inventory placement and records as needed to reflect audit findings and operational changes. Process customer returns in accordance with warehouse policies and coordinate return shipments to vendors. Manage and track demo product movement within the warehouse to ensure proper control and documentation. Assist Will Call customers with order pickup and loading while following warehouse safety and service guidelines. Support sales team requests by accurately picking and staging products as needed. Help load trucks and trailers using forklifts and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Use RF scanners to track, verify, and update inventory and shipment information. Handle freight, shipping, and receiving tasks to support daily warehouse operations. Perform general material handling duties, including loading, unloading, and moving products throughout the warehouse. Essential Skills Experience with shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse environment. Proficiency in operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks for loading and material handling. Ability to use RF scanners for inventory tracking and verification. Strong data entry skills for accurately recording products in the ERP system. Knowledge of cycle counting and physical inventory audit procedures. Experience with material handling, including loading and unloading freight and products. Ability to label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Capability to assist customers and internal teams with order pickup, loading, and product selection. Attention to detail when inspecting inbound shipments and identifying damages or discrepancies. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management and product receiving. Experience managing demo product movement and tracking within a warehouse. Comfort working with Will Call processes and customer-facing warehouse activities. Ability to coordinate return shipments to vendors and process customer returns in line with warehouse policies. Strong communication skills to support collaboration with the sales team and other departments. Commitment to safe forklift operation and adherence to warehouse safety procedures. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
