Job Description
Overview Join our team as an Order Processor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations. As an Order Processor, you will be at the heart of our supply chain, utilizing warehouse management systems and inventory software to coordinate order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities with precision and enthusiasm! Responsibilities Accurately process customer orders using Distributed Order Management (DOM) and such as CommerceHub and Foundry Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Manage inventory levels through regular stock counts and updates using inventory management software. Coordinate shipping logistics by preparing shipping documents. Maintain detailed data entry records for all transactions related to order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and stock movements. Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing stock placement, stocking shelves, and ensuring optimal warehouse layout for efficient operations. Skills Willingness to learn and work hard. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations including picking & packing, shipping logistics, and stock management. Basic math skills for calculating quantities, measurements, and weights during order processing. Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries related to order status or shipment issues professionally.
