Job Description

Description:
Arctic Cat is a leader in the powersports industry. Arctic Cat markets its Snowmobile, ATV and SXS products through a network of independent dealers located throughout the United States and Canada and through distributors representing dealers in Europe, South America, the Middle East, Asia and other international markets.
Responsibilities :
7-10 Recommended Facilitate the document management process for all shipping and receiving paperwork to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements. Maintain continuity with all internal and external customers, vendors, and shipping providers to ensure effective material movement. Identify any discrepancies on packing lists and implement corrective action as needed. Monitor and arrange shipment/receipt of stock-to-vendor and inter-BU components through SAP. Troubleshoot and resolve any errors/exceptions in SAP regarding receiving and allocation. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and the packaging department to maintain correct dunnage levels. Monitor and execute parts reservations from refinement, engineering, and any other internal customers. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.

Recommended Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; 2-Year degree preferred
Years of Experience:
3 or more years of relevant experience
Software Knowledge:
SAP experience preferred; Microsoft Office experience preferred
