Please note that this job opportunity is only available out of our Boonville, Missouri warehouse and the successful candidate would be required to reside in Central Missouri. Why Spirit? Competitive Compensation - Starting wage of $18.00/hour $200 Fireworks Credit 50% off in our Retail Store and Seasonal Tent What We Are Looking For A Seasonal Shipping Assistant who is a dependable, detail-oriented team player to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment in our Boonville warehouse. You'll help keep operations running smoothly by accurately handling shipment data, meeting deadlines, and ensuring products are properly prepared and shipped. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehousing and/or shipping documentation experience valued Experience with inventory systems or databases is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Comfortable using computers, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes Strong communication and organizational skills Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, seasonal setting Ability to grasp new concepts by working in collaboration with warehouse personnel Physically capable of lifting and moving products as needed

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

A reliable source of transportation to and from your home base This is mainly an office position, but you: Must be able to carry, pull, and/or lift up to 70 pounds Must be able to crouch, grasp, pull, kneel, stoop, and walk to perform certain job functions Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours The incumbent will be exposed to hazardous fireworks materials This position is available from the date of hire through Spirit's 4th of July shipping season, inclusive. Hours may vary week to week depending on Spirit's needs.
