ABOUT THE POSITION
The Fulfillment Department is an integral part of the Operations organization, receiving incoming deliveries of material and devices and fulfilling, tracking, and coordinating customer orders and returns through the fulfillment process. This position will assist with order fulfillment, processing returns and maintaining accurate inventory. They will also be required to keep the department clean, well-organized, and safe as well as help with other projects as needed depending on order volume. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player with the proven ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick and package products for shipments according to requirements and update inventory systems Process orders Assist with periodic physical counts and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Ensure proper asset tagging and inventory reporting Assist in performing inventory receiving tasks Assist in ordering fulfillment supplies, packaging, and other related materials Work cooperatively with members of the Fulfillment Team and other Linxup Teams to expedite resolution of customer return, exchanges, and product shipping escalations Document issues and their resolutions identified to improve fulfillment processes Maintain an organized work area, and a safe and clean work environment by assisting in removing trash, breaking down boxes and organizing product Create, update, and improve standard operating procedures Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance objectives Maintain current knowledge of products, offers, policies and effectively apply knowledge Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory experience required Experience with NetSuite software preferred Strong PC skills and proficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suite required Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, changing environment Exceptional attention to detail required Organizational and time management skills required Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills Self-starter and good analytic skills for improving process tasks and efficiency Ability to learn quickly and work independently Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand and walk up to 75% of the time Customer and team focused attitude
