Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process outgoing shipments according to company procedures. Verify order accuracy by checking quantities, item numbers, and shipping information. Package products securely to prevent damage during transit. Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required documentation. Coordinate with carriers and transportation providers for pickups and deliveries. Trak shipments and resolve shipping discrepancies or delays. Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records. Operate shipping equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and barcode scanners. Assist with receiving incoming shipments when needed. Inspect shipments for quality and accuracy before dispatch. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Previous warehouse, logistics, or shipping experience. Experience with inventory management systems. Forklift certification (if required by employer). Knowledge of shipping carriers and freight procedures.

Physical Requirements:
Standing and walking for extended periods. Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of packages. Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.

Warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing facility, or shiping department. Exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures depending on facility conditions.
