Job Description

Overview:
The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping products and materials. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely shipments, and supporting overall warehouse operations.
Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred. Basic computer skills and experience using inventory systems are a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery documentation. Inspect incoming materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues as needed. Accurately unload, sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments according to company and customer requirements.
