Job Description

Pay Range:
$19-$21/hour (depending on experience) The shipping and receiving functions are an essential part of our distribution network. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling customer orders, and operating equipment safely while upholding ISCO's standards for service, quality, and safety.
Essential Duties:
Safely unload incoming trucks and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Create shipping documentation such as labels and bills of lading Verify outgoing shipments to ensure accurate and on-time delivery Organize and store materials in designated warehouse and yard locations Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory Report inventory discrepancies and assist with resolution Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and pipe yard Follow all safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics operations preferred Forklift experience or certification preferred Ability to: Clearly and effectively communicate via phone and email shipping related information to customers, vendors, and co-workers Organize and prioritize work orders to meet shipping Work independently with limited supervision; self-starter Experience Preferred 1 year(s): Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving or Logistics Education Preferred High School or better Skills Preferred Problem solving
