We've built a passionate community of millions and a growing product line designed specifically for redheads. About the Role We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing beauty e-commerce team. This is a hands-on role that keeps our daily operations running smoothly — from packing customer orders to maintaining inventory and supporting warehouse organization. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Print shipping labels and process orders using our fulfillment system Maintain accurate inventory counts and communicate discrepancies Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory Prepare products and packaging materials for fulfillment Assemble shipping boxes and prepare orders for carrier pickup Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits Help improve operational processes as our business grows Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new software Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, retail, or operations experience is a plus — but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable with repetitive packing and shipping tasks What We Offer Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing beauty e-commerce brand Paid training
