Receiving Associate Kudzu Staffing - 4.1 Charlotte, NC Job Details Full-time $18 - $19 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Bilingual Computer operation Moving Attention to detail Organizational skills Invoice data entry Warehouse experience Full Job Description We are seeking a dependable, tech-savvy , and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying inventory, generating invoices, and ensuring all products are accurately documented and stored. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable using computers and warehouse software, and capable of performing physical work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Verify products against packing slips and purchase orders. Generate invoices and accurately enter receiving information into the system. Use warehouse management software and computer systems to process shipments and maintain records. Label, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments to management. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Perform general warehouse duties as assigned. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse receiving or shipping experience preferred. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new computer systems and software. Experience generating invoices and using inventory or warehouse management systems is required. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Bilingual is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 10 am-6 pm. •Weekly Pay•
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
