This is a great opportunity for someone with pharmacy, production, packing, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Schedule Sunday-Thursday 3:00 PM-11:30 PM EST Potential for overtime based on business needs Key Responsibilities Process, pack, and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, including medications, supplies, and patient education materials. Properly package products according to Standard Operating Procedures. Prepare shipping boxes and materials for daily orders. Create and correct shipping labels, including labels for international shipments. Transport packages to designated shipping, mail, and courier areas. Receive and properly store incoming box and supply orders. Assist with inventory and warehouse duties, including proper refrigeration of perishable products. Maintain adequate stock of ice bricks and other temperature-controlled shipping supplies. Learn and utilize commercial courier and shipping systems. Maintain clean and organized work areas and assist with shipping-related tasks as needed. Communicate courier or shipping issues promptly to the supervisor. Maintain awareness of shipping and holiday schedules. Required Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older . Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attendance and demonstrated personal accountability. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment. Flexibility to shift priorities quickly to meet production goals. Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist coworkers. Preferred Experience Pharmacy experience or licensure strongly preferred , but not required. Production, packing, shipping, or order fulfillment experience. Experience in a high-volume production environment. Knowledge of HIPAA rules and healthcare industry practices. Experience handling medications, hazardous materials, or other highly regulated products. Self-motivated with a strong track record of accuracy and minimal production errors. Team Environment You'll join a team of approximately 16-25 Pharmacy Clerks , one Lead Pharmacy Clerk, and one Pharmacy Operations Supervisor. The team works closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, automation/engineering teams, and other operational partners. No professional license is required for this position. #indnitph
