Now, we're looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Receiving Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. What You'll Do In this role, you'll play a critical part in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.
Your responsibilities will include:
Verify invoices for pricing accuracy using Oracle systems Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Accounting team Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy Prioritize and organize urgent shipments with precision Store inventory efficiently, including use of our Modula vertical storage system Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with care and accuracy Perform inventory counts and assist with stock organization Coordinate shipping logistics with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL What You Bring We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work: High school diploma or GED required Strong communication and teamwork skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively A proactive mindset with strong follow-up skills Comfort lifting up to 40 lbs. Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook) Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience is a plus Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts (preferred, not required) Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Full-time:
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Flexibility to stay later when needed to support critical orders
