Job Description
Job Summary We are partnered with a large organization in the South Charlotte area seeking a reliable and proactive Shipping and Receiving associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, capable of managing daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring a smooth flow of goods into and out of the facility.

Unloading trucks, inspecting shipments for damage, verifying packing lists against purchase orders, and logging inventory into warehouse systems.Shipping:
Preparing, packaging, and labeling outgoing items; generating Bills of Lading (BOLs); and coordinating with freight carrierInventory Control:
Updating inventory counts, conducting inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies.Logistics & Safety:
Organizing the warehouse, loading deliveries, and following strict safety regulations (e.G., using personal protective equipment and operating forklifts).
