Overview Join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Occasional Fridays as needed)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our racing carburetor business. This position involves receiving and stocking parts, processing incoming and outgoing carburetors, and communicating with customers regarding their orders and rebuild specifications. This is a hands-on position in a small shop environment with a stock room (not a warehouse).
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming parts and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders. Organize and stock inventory in a small stock room. Receive used racing carburetors sent in for rebuild services. Review incoming carburetors and contact customers regarding specifications, missing information, or questions about their rebuild requests. Prepare and package new and rebuilt racing carburetors for shipment. Create and print shipping labels. Contact customers for payment collection and address verification prior to shipment. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing products. Keep work areas clean and organized. Assist with other shop-related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and customer service abilities. Basic computer skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Ability to lift and move packages as needed.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
