Title:
Shipping & Receiving Clerk Compensation:
$25/hour
Shift/Working Hours:
8 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday About the role: PrideStaff is partnering with a manufacturing facility in Asheville to hire a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. In this role, you will manage documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinate carrier logistics, maintain ERP data accuracy, and support on-time shipment goals.
What you will do:
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, generate accurate logistics documentation (BOL, Delivery Notes, COAs), and process receipts in the ERP system. Obtain freight quotes from domestic carriers and export brokers, schedule pickups, and route freight. Communicate shipment status, trace deliveries, and share updates with internal teams including production, purchasing, and customer service.

High school diploma required (Associate degree preferred) with prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative shipping/receiving roles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), ERP systems (SAP or JDE), and warehouse management software.
