Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk. We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and documentation processes within our distribution operation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency in daily warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against the purchase orders Unload and load trucks using pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers Unit photographing ensuring important details are captured visually Index unit pictures and keeping an organized workplace of units pictured Sort, label, and stock received items in appropriate locations Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items Ensure accuracy of order fulfillment and package items securely Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts Assist with maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment Additional duties as assigned Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations Excel knowledge is preferred Previous picture taking experience preferred Ability to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and packaging techniques Familiarity with stock management in a distribution center setting
