Role:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging products, fulfilling small orders, and coordinating outgoing and incoming shipments with both ground and LTL carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

Package finished products accurately and efficiently Pick, pack, and fulfill small customer orders Prepare and process shipments using ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) Coordinate and schedule LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight shipments Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas Assist with inventory tracking and documentation Ensure all shipments meet quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills for shipping software and tracking Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Must have reliable transportation Must have dependable childcare arrangements in place during scheduled work hours
