Pamir Automotive LLC Job Type Full-time Hourly Pay:
$14 - $16 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based raises and bonuses available after training period Pamir Automotive LLC is hiring a reliable, hardworking individual to assist with auto parts preparation, photography, inventory stocking, and shipping. This is a hands-on, physical warehouse role. The position requires lifting heavy auto parts, staying productive throughout the shift, and following a structured daily workflow. This job is ideal for someone who prefers physical work and clear expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean used auto parts for resale Take clear, detailed photos of parts using a smartphone Assign and label stock numbers on parts Organize and store parts on shelves, racks, or pallets Upload photos to Google Drive using a folder system Pack and prepare sold orders for shipping Assist with moving, loading, and handling large auto parts Maintain a clean and organized work area Physical Requirements (IMPORTANT): Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy auto parts, including car doors Able to safely lift 60-80 lbs on a regular basis Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for most of the shift Able to handle bulky items such as doors, bumpers, seats, and suspension components
Phone Requirement:
Must have their own smartphone with: Working camera Internet access Ability to install and use Google Drive Phone is used only for work photos No personal phone use during work hours except emergencies Requirements Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Able to follow instructions and structured workflows Basic smartphone skills (taking clear photos) Basic computer skills (uploading files to Google Drive) Able to meet daily productivity targets Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision Willing to work without phone use during work hours (except emergencies) Preferred (Not Required) Experience in auto parts, warehouse, shipping, or physical labor Familiarity with basic automotive components or tools Work Expectations This role is performance-based, not just time-based. Daily output, accuracy, and organization matter. Training will be provided, but consistent effort is required.
