Job Description
Flying Iron Harley-Davidson - Rocky Mount, NC Flying Iron Harley-Davidson is looking for a dependable, organized Shipping/Receiving & Warranty Clerk to support our Parts and Service departments. This role is responsible for receiving and checking in merchandise, handling outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and processing Harley-Davidson warranty claims. Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming parts, accessories, merchandise, and supplies Check shipments against invoices and packing slips Report shortages, damages, and incorrect items Prepare outgoing shipments, returns, cores, and warranty parts Maintain an organized shipping and receiving area Submit and track Harley-Davidson warranty claims Track rejected, pending, and approved warranty claims Maintain warranty parts according to H-D procedures Assist with inventory counts and discrepancy research Support Parts and Service operations as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail Good organizational and communication skills Basic computer and data-entry skills Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Previous shipping, receiving, parts, service, warranty, automotive, or powersports experience preferred Harley-Davidson dealership experience is a plus Must be dependable and team-oriented Ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs.
