Overview Join our dynamic team as an Order Fulfillment Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced warehouse operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure that every order is fulfilled accurately and on time. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, heavy equipment operation, and logistics processes while contributing to a seamless supply chain experience. Responsibilities Utilize order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment to locate and retrieve products within the warehouse. Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels and process orders. Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment with precision, ensuring quality control standards are met. Load and unload shipments using appropriate heavy equipment while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements. Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems regularly. Ensure proper packaging techniques are followed for safe transportation of goods, including barcode scanning for logistics accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized workspace following safety procedures and manual handling guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, barcode scanning technology, and RF scanners. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and repetitive motions safely. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, packing, shipping & receiving processes. Basic math skills for counting stock quantities and verifying shipment details accurately. Familiarity with safety protocols including PPE use, safe load & unload procedures, and hazard awareness in warehouse operations. $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
