External applicants must be eligible to work in the US. Your Role MilliporeSigma has an opening for a Shipper/Receiver 1 on B shift for our Jaffrey, NH warehouse. In this role you will maintain a high level of accuracy while performing a wide variety of tasks involved with receiving of materials, issuing material to production, preparing finished goods inventory for shipments, storing material into inventory via hand storage and pallet storage. You will also help to ensure that all business objectives are being met and the MilliporeSigma standards are being upheld. Hours are 2:00pm to 10:30Pm, Mon-Fri, with occasional overtime. Maintain a high level of accuracy while performing a wide variety of tasks involved with receiving materials, issuing material to production, preparing finished goods inventory for shipments, storing material into inventory via hand storage and pallet storage Participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory. Maintain records of received goods and issued goods Prepare data for computer input and works with computer printouts Use Oracle and barcode scanners via WMS system Perform daily cycle counts Followed cGMP practices while safely operating a variety of forklifts, including stand-p, sit-down, electric, and propane-powered equipment, to support material handling and warehouse operations. Prepared international and recycling shipments, assisted with the dispensing of virgin and waste chemicals, and safely operated a 24-foot box truck to support shipping, receiving, and material handling operations. Physical Attributes Lift up to 50 pounds individually and up to 75 pounds as a team lift Who You Are Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Strong desire to develop and grow by way of taking responsibility and engaging in additional tasks and operations Strong attention to detail and computer skills Strong demonstration of very accurate work Demonstrate robust written and verbal communication skills Work in a team environment Pay Range for this position: $19 -$38 per hour The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
