Full-time Position Overview:

We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Material Handler who is flexible, dependable, and willing to wear many hats. This role plays a key part in the day-to-day logistics of our operation, from handling inbound and outbound shipments to organizing and maintaining the stockroom. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, and assisting in multiple areas of production and inventory management as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Prepare and package outbound shipments (domestic and international) Create shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers Ensure compliance with international shipping requirements (customs forms, invoices, Incoterms, etc.) Maintain and organize the stockroom; ensure items are properly labeled and stored Perform regular cycle counts and support physical inventory checks Distribute received materials to appropriate departments or locations Assist other departments as needed, including production and QC Keep detailed and accurate records in the ERP system

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in shipping/receiving or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of domestic and international shipping requirements is required Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks. Self-starter with a flexible attitude and team-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
