Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Product Flow Specialist to join our dynamic logistics and supply chain team. In this role, you will oversee the seamless movement of products throughout the warehouse and distribution channels, ensuring optimal inventory levels, efficient handling, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to managing product flow processes. This position plays a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting sales initiatives, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective inventory management and materials handling. Duties Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of products within the warehouse environment using RF scanners and other inventory control tools. Manage inventory levels accurately through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment safely to load, unload, and transport goods efficiently. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and merchandising of products for shipping or retail display while adhering to safety standards. Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing shipments, verifying orders, and maintaining accurate documentation. Assist with warehouse maintenance tasks including cleaning, organizing storage areas, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to product availability, order status, or delivery schedules. Collaborate with retail sales teams to optimize product placement and stock replenishment strategies. Implement safe lifting practices during all manual handling tasks to prevent injuries. Maintain clear communication with team members regarding inventory updates, stock movements, and operational priorities. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or retail stock management; familiarity with grocery store or retail environments is preferred. Proficiency in inventory management systems and RF scanner technology. Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; certification is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control processes. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication across diverse teams. Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks while following safe lifting practices. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and support customer service efforts. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures as well as merchandising standards. Experience with retail math for inventory calculations and stock assessments. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy. Prior warehouse experience combined with good organizational skills will contribute to success in this role.
