Shipper/Receiver Nashua, NH 7:00am to 3:00pm ( Paid Breaks) Contract to Hire $21.00 hr. Summary This role demands a dynamic and resourceful individual to fulfill our urgent commitments to ship customer products and systems and receive materials and supplies essential for production. The candidate will manage stockroom activities related to Customer Materials, including inventory counts, job allocation, and administration. Familiarity with import/export documentation and packaging requirements is essential. Additionally, the role involves operating electronic shipping systems used by specific carriers. Responsibilities:
Ship and receive all goods using Epicor and supplementary systems daily. Review, maintain, and ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and delivered to the appropriate departments. Ensure all receiving documentation is correct and accompanies all packages to the stockroom or individuals who ordered the material. Facilitate interdepartmental communication regarding receipts and shipments daily. Maintain an organized workspace. Receive Customer Materials into a secure area following GMP guidelines. Administer and issue Customer Materials to Production jobs. Conduct routine cycle counts on Customer Supplied Materials. Collaborate with production quality personnel to ensure customer products are packaged for shipment according to specifications with all required documentation. Coordinate resource needs on heavy shipping days with the operations department. Facilitate receipt and distribution of vaporous materials per procedures. Cross-train and provide backup for stockroom staff during off shifts. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years experience in a shipper/receiver role. Experience with export processes. Understanding of Production job application. Prior work experience within an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Material Requirements Planning (MRP) environment. DOT Hazardous Materials Certification, CFR 49 parts 100-185.
