About the Role The Receiving Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient intake of fresh floral products within our warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, and operational flow in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming fresh flower shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
• Accurately count, label, and enter products into inventory systems
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to support efficient operations
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies in collaboration with team members
• Support picking and sorting activities to ensure proper product selection and scanning
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock and cooler environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role requires working in a refrigerated warehouse environment (approximately 35-36°F) for extended periods.

The position is physically active and involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift. Schedule:

Friday-Monday, 12:00 AM - 10:00 AM (four 10-hour shifts)

• Additional hours and days may be required during seasonal peaks and holidays

• Ability to work in a cold storage environment for the duration of the shift
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
