Candidate must possess a great work ethic, high integrity, curiosity and be comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Customer Service:

Work directly with customers in the promotional products and e-commerce markets. You will be taking & processing orders and answering all customer service inquiries.

E-Commerce:

Updating and maintaining our e-commerce listings and digital catalogs

Order Processing & Fulfillment Shipping Support Tasks, Including:

Shipping via

UPS, Fedex and Shipstation, Clerical Duties Preferred Experience:

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in finance, business management, accounting, supply chain or related field Minimum 1 Year in a Customer Service Experience with UPS, Fedex & Shipstation Demonstrated strategic thinking, and creative problem solving abilities, to assist in meeting company and team goals Extremely organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once, meeting tight deadlines.
