NOW HIRING - SHIPPING AND RECEIVING CLERK

(CARSON CITY) We are seeking dependable individuals for a fast-paced Shipping and receiving role focused on shipping, receiving, packing, and general material handling.

Location:

Carson City Shift:

6:00 AM - 2:30

$21.86/hr

Job Duties:

Receiving Unload freight trucks using various material handling equipment Process 60-150 packages per day Sort and distribute repairs to the appropriate cells Data entry Repair service orders from 200-500 per day Accurate data entry is critical to the invoicing process Verify service order information Maintain all daily filing activity and proper archiving of files per corporate record retention requirements Customer Service Handle 15-50 incoming/outgoing phone call/email inquiries per day Research claims for missing shipments through UPS, USPS and freight carriers Research and process credit requests when warranted Shipping Process 200-500 packages per day Perform required maintenance to customer database e.g., new BPs, address changes or term BPs Load freight trucks using various material handling equipment Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe department, and work area Participate in RCI events and 6S projects Carry out

ISO14000

Environmental, Hygiene and Safety duties as required by the repair center Know applicable QFS policies as they relate to the work instructions

Requirements:

•One year of experience in shipping and receiving, customer service and data entry environment preferred Computer skills to include but not limited to data entry, Company computer software, Microsoft Office Suite Data entry 8000+ keystrokes preferred Office equipment; phone systems, copiers, fax, postage and 10-key preferred Apply today to get started quickly—positions filling fast!
