Position Summary At ClearBags, our Warehouse Associates are the backbone of our operation, ensuring our customers get their packaging products quickly and accurately. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and embody our company culture. In this role, you will handle everything from receiving incoming inventory to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a safe, organized, and values-driven workspace.

Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards and invoice specifications.

Receiving & Inventory:

Unload incoming shipments, verify product counts against packing slips, and safely stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.

Quality Control:

Inspect products for damage or defects during the picking and packing process to ensure only top-quality items reach our customers.

System Updates:

Utilize warehouse scanning equipment or tablets to track inventory movements and update order statuses accurately.

Facility Maintenance:

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by sweeping, discarding debris, and keeping aisles clear.

Team Collaboration:

Assist teammates and cross-train in different warehouse departments (shipping, receiving, returns) as needed to meet daily shipping goals.

Adhere to all company guidelines, safety protocols, and operational procedures as outlined in the ClearBags Employee Handbook. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is a plus, but not required (we are happy to train the right person).

Communication:

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at a level sufficient to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the job, including reading product SKUs, picking sheets, and safety signage, as well as communicating effectively with supervisors and team members. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately read order numbers, SKU codes, and picking labels. Proven dependability with a track record of excellent attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Basic computer or tablet literacy for scanning and inventory tracking. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the duration of the shift. Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Comfortable working in a standard warehouse environment (temperatures can vary depending on the season).
