Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to support warehouse and distribution operations. This role is responsible for verifying orders, reviewing customer instructions, completing required documentation, and ensuring accuracy throughout the order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Verify customer orders against picking forms to ensure accuracy Review and follow customer-specific instructions and requirements Complete and maintain quality control documentation Fill out instruction forms for drivers with clear and legible handwriting Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies Maintain organized records and documentation Support daily warehouse operations while adhering to company standards Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good reading comprehension skills to interpret customer instructions Legible handwriting required Strong organizational and time-management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 5+ hours at a time Ability to work in a warehouse/distribution environment Capable of performing repetitive inspection and verification tasks Why Apply?
