Job Description

We are seeking a Meticulous Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for Gretchen Bellinger Inc. in Albany, NY. In this role, you will ensure our internationally recognized, award-winning luxury textile collections are handled, packaged, and dispatched flawlessly. The ideal candidate will take absolute pride in maintaining 100% precision across all daily domestic and international shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities Meticulous Order Fulfillment:

Cut, inspect, wrap, and securely package high-end fabrics and textiles to guarantee immaculate arrival.

Shipping & Receiving Operations:

Expertly process all inbound and outbound freight using standard multi-carrier platforms, specifically UPS, FedEx, and USPS .

Flawless Documentation:

Verify packing slips, invoices, and customs documentation with precision to eliminate shipping discrepancies.

Inventory & Quality Control:

Unload, unpack, and log incoming stock into our warehouse system while executing strict quality inspections.

Carrier Coordination:

Schedule daily pickups, track critical shipments, and quickly resolve delivery or transit exceptions. Qualifications Advanced proficiency utilizing UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and USPS systems. Uncompromising, sharp attention to detail with an insistence on absolute operational accuracy. Ability to routinely lift and move heavy textile bolts or shipping boxes safely. Strong written communication skills for updating digital inventory tracking records.

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
