Shipping Clerk

Our client is currently seeking or in need of a Shipping Clerk in Buffalo, New York . This is a first-shift opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The ideal candidate will support daily shipping operations by helping prepare, track, and process outbound orders accurately. This role is best suited for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a distribution or manufacturing environment.

The Day-to-Day:

Prepare and process outgoing shipments Review shipping documents for accuracy Enter shipment information into shipping software Label, verify, and organize outgoing orders Maintain shipping records and related paperwork Communicate with team members regarding shipment status or issues Assist with general shipping department duties as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required 1-4 yrs of Experience in distribution centers or shipping for large manufacturers preferred Forklift experience helpful, but not required Leadership experience helpful, but not required Experience with shipping software required Strong attention to detail

Pay Rate:

$18.62 to $21.63 per hour
