Holidays Summary:
Receives, unpacks supplies & equipment; verifying packing list against Purchase Orders. Receives products into computer system & manually and delivers to proper ordering departments. May be called upon to drive to other locations to drop off and pick up supplies.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION
High School or equivalent required Valid Driver's License required
EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years of shipping and receiving experience recommended Basic computer experience required. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
Complies statistics. Answers telephones. Maintains filing systems Ability to read, write, follow oral and written instructions and communicate clearly with others. Input data into computer programs Maintains logs. Personal computer, Fax, Scanner, Photocopier & Calculator
