Full-Time Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare products for outbound shipment with high accuracy.Loading/Unloading:
Safely move materials manually or using pallet jacks and hand trucks.Inventory Support:
Assist with cycle counts and ensure stock is organized and labeled correctly.Documentation:
Prepare shipping labels and verify packing slips against physical inventory.Communication:
Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines.Required Qualifications Skills:
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to facilitate communication within our diverse team.Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Reliability:
track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling role is preferred but not required.Tech Savvy:
Basic computer skills for printing labels and entering data.salary:
