RESPONSIBLITIES

Completes and distributes paperwork and forms, specifically the following: Enters and files shippers. Runs shipper log. Creates pick sheets. Creates master bill of lading. Prints and distributes daily JIT. Checks edit list to match pick sheet. Sets up SOS's (ship order slips) Maintains files and answers phones. Able to talk to customers and suppliers. Verifies ASN (advance shipper notice) transmission. Verifies incoming raw materials and cycle counts raw material and makes adjustments as necessary. Scans orders into system. Loads, unloads, stages, and transports materials, customer freight, empty containers, and OSP freight. Weighs and tags incoming/outgoing materials and records required information Completes daily safety and operational checks. Assumes other duties as directed by supervisor.

PAY AND SHIFT TIMES

2nd shift, 2pm

• 10pm Monday
• Friday with OT on weekends as required $21.00 per hour Union Facility
• Member of UAW local 2000 This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Materials department and reports to the Materials Supervisor and Manager.
