As a Shipping Manufacturing Associate, you'll support the shipping and receiving department with preparing product for final shipments. You'll also be involved in stocking inventory, operating tow motors, and prepping parts for painting, which includes washing and masking metal components to ensure they're ready for the painting process. Working closely with the production team, you'll help maintain safety standards and quality while supporting efficient operations. What You'll Do As a Shipping Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for Assisting with masking, finishing, washing, and prepping metal parts for painting Preparing product for final shipment and stocking inventory Tow motor operating Using painting tools and equipment safely and effectively Reading blueprints and technical drawings to ensure proper processing What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have A high school diploma or GED 1-3 years of shipping experience and production manufacturing Ability to read blueprints and technical documents U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required Attention to detail, safety awareness, and a commitment to quality Why Join Us in Avon?
