Duties:

Be the primary contact for all incoming suppliers, carriers, and internal customers and respond in a timely manner. Work with all internal departments to strive to meet our customers' requirements, while always maintaining a professional demeanor. Provide parcel freight quotes and rates to the Sales Team as needed. Primary contact for scheduling pick-ups from our local suppliers and vendors. Back up Assistant Supervisor when out and record product shipments on a computer with an accurate packing slip, BOL, Pro Number, etc. When problems arise, notify the Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor and partner with them to resolve the issue. Update the Shared Truck Schedule Calendar for outbound shipments.
