This role is essential in ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management, and will be comfortable using various equipment and technologies to fulfill orders accurately. Duties Receive, inspect, and record all incoming shipments and materials verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips. Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments. Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular & repetitive basis and maneuver up to- 100 pounds on an occasional basis. Experience with computers & warehouse management platforms. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes, including packaging standards. Familiarity with order fulfillment procedures in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order processing. Ability to operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
