We manufacture precision airfoil components that support the aerospace, power generation, and industrial energy industries around the world. We are currently seeking dependable Shipping & Receiving / Material Handlers to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are safely received, moved, staged, and shipped throughout the facility. What You'll Do Load, unload, receive, and verify incoming materials and shipments. Operate forklifts (tow motors) and other material handling equipment safely. Stage materials and components for production departments. Move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products throughout the facility. Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments. Maintain accurate inventory transactions and shipping documentation. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy. Organize warehouse and storage areas while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Qualifications Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred. Forklift (tow motor) experience required or the ability to become certified. Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
