$21.26/hour Position Summary Champion Personnel is hiring Shipping Associates for a leading aerospace manufacturer in Willoughby, OH. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering the potential for permanent employment based on attendance, performance, and business needs. If you have forklift and warehouse experience and are looking for a long-term career opportunity, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy Prepare UPS, FedEx, and customer shipments Complete shipping and receiving documentation Stage materials for production and customer orders Load customer vehicles and assist with pickups Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols Assist with general shipping department duties as needed Qualifications Minimum 12 months of warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience Forklift experience required (certification preferred) Ability to read work instructions and complete paperwork accurately Basic math and computer skills Ability to lift up to 60 pounds High School Diploma or GED Schedule Training (First Two Weeks) 1st
