About Us Rated Rips is a fast-growing, family-run sports card consignment company specializing in high-volume trading card sales across major online marketplaces. We handle everything from intake to photography, listing, fulfillment, and customer service. Our operation is process-driven, detail-focused, and built around accuracy and consistency. We're hiring a Full-Time Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to keep our orders moving accurately and on time. This role is critical to our customer experience and marketplace reputation. What You'll Do Shipping & Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and ship sports trading cards and TCG orders across platforms. Match orders to correct inventory using SKU and pick lists. Pack cards safely using proper materials (sleeves, top loaders, team bags, bubble mailers, boxes). Print and apply shipping labels accurately. Verify orders before sealing — right card, right buyer, etc. Process outgoing shipments through USPS, UPS, or other carriers. Maintain an organized, clean fulfillment station. Flag any inventory discrepancies or damaged items immediately. What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and highly consistent Comfortable handling valuable collectibles with care Able to follow repeatable step-by-step processes without cutting corners Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Basic computer skills (label printing, order lookup, spreadsheets) Knowledge of sports cards or TCG products Strong Plus (Not Required) Prior shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience Knowledge of sports cards or TCG products Background in e-commerce or inventory operations
