1st Shift Hire Sync is partnering with a well-established manufacturing and processing facility in Painesville to hire a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate. This is a great opportunity to join a stable team where your attention to detail and ability to keep operations moving will make a real impact day to day.

What You'll Do:

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Accurately check in incoming materials by identifying containers, weighing, counting, and entering data into the system Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging, labeling, and staging product correctly Operate a forklift/tow motor to move materials throughout the facility Coordinate with drivers, customers, and shipping partners in a professional and helpful manner Maintain a clean, organized shipping and receiving area

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of warehouse experience in shipping and receiving Forklift/tow motor experience required Basic computer skills including data entry Basic math skills for counting and inventory accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Steel-toed boots required
