Shipping & Receiving Associate (1st Shift) ($20.00/hr.) Job Description As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all components are properly packaged and shipped to meet customer requirements. Your duties will include filling out paperwork accurately, loading less-than-truckload freight, packing parts for overnight shipping requests via carriers like FedEx and UPS, and loading full truckload shipments with careful pallet and strap placement. You will operate forklifts, reach lifts, and overhead cranes, manage rigging of oven product lines, and load products onto trucks. Additionally, you may use a company vehicle for miscellaneous tasks. Proficiency in warehouse shipping and receiving processes. Capability in shipping/data entry and warehouse system operations. Skills in picking, packing, and material handling.
