Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This is a fast-paced position that requires efficiency, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Pick and pack orders accurately based on order details Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging for delivery Receive and process incoming inventory Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Operate warehouse equipment (training provided if needed) Assist with inventory counts and stock organization Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic communication and teamwork skills Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
