The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator ensures orders are shipped accurately, materials are received and processed correctly, and inventory transactions are properly recorded in the ERP system (EPMS). Key Responsibilities Shipping Verify order accuracy (quantities, labels, specs) Prepare packing slips, BOLs, and shipping documentation Package products and prepare skids for shipment Coordinate carrier pickups and meet shipping deadlines Preferred experience with UPS Worldship and Fedex inbound/outbound. Receiving & Inventory Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders Inspect shipments and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized inventory and accurate EPMS transactions Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy Experience with Couriers and LTL's.-Previous shipping leadership responsibilities Operations Support Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety standards Communicate and direct material handler and extra support when needed or necessary. Operate equipment (pallet jack, shrink wrap, etc.) Keep work area clean and organized Assist with material movement to support production Qualifications 2-3+ years warehouse/shipping experience Experience with ERP systems (EPMS preferred) Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Success Measures On-time shipments Receiving accuracy Inventory accuracy Low error rates Physical Requirements Frequent lifting of boxes and materials (up to 50 lbs) Regular standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement throughout the shift Climbing up and down ladders as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment
