Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring seamless warehouse operations. Your expertise will help maintain optimal inventory levels, support order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving e-commerce environment, utilizing your warehouse management skills and passion for logistics excellence. Duties Receive, organize, and process incoming products Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately Maintain inventory and keep storage areas clean and organized Inspect products for quality and damage Operate equipment like pallet jack Help with livestock receiving and deer hanging as needed Support in other departments as needed Keep a clean and safe workspace What we're looking for Ability to lift 80lbs and stay active throughout your shift. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and communication skills Team player with a solid work ethic Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, bending, and standing Ability to work in hot and cold enviroments Comfortable use of tools and warehouse equipment
