Full-Time | 100% OnsiteWe are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Oklahoma. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is well suited for someone who values accuracy, stays organized in a busy setting, and enjoys keeping materials moving efficiently. In this role, you will help manage incoming deliveries, maintain inventory records, and ensure products are processed correctly from arrival through storage. You will work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and vendors to keep receiving activities on schedule and aligned with operational standards.Responsibilities:
- Accept inbound deliveries, examine shipments for visible damage, and confirm quantities and items match supporting documentation.
- Compare packing documentation with purchase records and promptly escalate shortages, overages, or other receiving discrepancies.
- Record receiving information in warehouse or inventory systems with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
- Arrange incoming materials for storage, staging, or internal distribution so goods are easy to locate and move.
- Keep receiving docks, storage areas, and workspaces orderly to support safe and efficient warehouse flow.
- Coordinate professionally with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipment questions and maintain clear communication.
- Support cycle counts and broader inventory checks to help maintain dependable stock records.
- Follow site safety expectations, handling procedures, and company guidelines throughout all shipping and receiving activities.
