We are seeking a reliable Receiving Clerk to manage incoming inventory and maintain accurate records to support daily production needs. This role ensures shipments are received, verified, and properly recorded while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition Compare packing slips/invoices against received goods Enter receipts into inventory systems and reconcile purchase orders Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Monitor and support inventory levels (min/max reporting) Prepare requisitions to replenish stock Ensure materials are delivered to appropriate departments

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2+ years of receiving or inventory control experience Basic understanding of inventory processes and procedures Computer skills including Microsoft Office Basic math skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
