We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to support client orders, product shipments, inventory organization, and local deliveries. This is a great part-time role for someone who enjoys independent work, likes keeping things organized, and takes pride in getting the details right. Much of the day is spent preparing orders, packaging shipments, organizing products, running local errands, and communicating professionally with clients or shipping carriers. The right candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, and polished in their communication. Position Details Part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week Schedule is primarily Monday-Friday, with one Sunday shift per month required Based in Lake Oswego, Oregon Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required Local travel required for pickups, deliveries, product transfers, and errands Responsibilities Process, package, and ship client orders accurately and efficiently Prepare shipments with care and attention to presentation Communicate professionally with clients by email regarding orders, shipments, and delivery updates Coordinate with shipping carriers to help resolve package or delivery issues Receive, organize, restock, and monitor products Keep the stockroom and shipping area clean and organized Assist with inventory counts and product organization Run local pickups, deliveries, transfers, and errands as assigned Support occasional projects as needed Qualifications Strong written communication skills required Customer service experience required Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required Strong attention to detail Organized, dependable, and punctual Comfortable working independently Basic computer skills and willingness to learn simple software systems Able to lift and move packages and inventory as needed Preferred Experience Shipping, fulfillment, or order processing Retail, hospitality, spa, beauty, or customer service experience Shopify or similar order management systems Experience communicating with clients or customers by email To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction explaining why you would be a great fit for this role.
