In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. Your proactive approach will help maintain inventory accuracy, support shipping logistics, and uphold trade compliance standards. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting goods for damage, and recording data accurately using warehouse management systems and RF scanners. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and organizing products according to order specifications. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems. Collaborate with production teams to organize storage areas and support order picking & packing processes. Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory management software to ensure data integrity. Support production operations by adhering to safety protocols, assisting with packaging tasks, and maintaining a clean work environment. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and MS Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external carriers. Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, and international trade regulations. Physical ability to load & unload trucks, stock shelves, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
